Some time ago, as an experiment, I decided to use an iPad Pro as my primary computing device. Expectations were low, so I kept my laptop in a drawer and gave it a chance for a couple of weeks.
Working on an iPad seemed ingenious and weird, and several people asked about how I was supposed to write code or do actual work on āthat thing,ā to which I replied, āI have no idea.ā

There is nothing better than giving yourself time not to do anything so that you can do a bunch of things without obligation.
In the past week, I have read two books, updated two apps, started with a new idea, learned about SwiftUI, wrote two articles, picked up my mountain bike again, reconnected with my family and friends, rewrote my CV, slept for 16 hours straight and ate and sleep whenever I felt like it. There are thousands of iOS development books flying around. Still, many are outdated, incomplete, or not the best option (not to say mediocre), so whether if you are starting with iOS development or want to improve your skills, this is an excellent place to start.

Seven hundred days ago, I quit my job at Globant to join Endava, and itās time to do it again. Most people think that two years is too little to do something (especially on a management role) and therefore the decision comes with lots of noise and questions, but, should it be that way?
Iām 41 years old, and according to āsocial standards on employmentā, I should be already thinking about settling down and securing my pension. For many of you, that might work out, but it simply sounds boring on this side of the screen.
